Registered with the Paris Bar since January 2012, Audrey Benois started her carrier at the Litigation and Arbitration department of Stehlin & Associés. Her second experience at Baro Alto Law Firm allowed her to continue focusing her activity on Business Litigation and Co-ownership Law.

 

In addition to this practice of Business and Commercial Litigation, Audrey Benois has developed acurate skills in Co-ownership and Real Estate Law. Today she is a member of the French National Chamber of Co-ownership Experts. Her Real Estate Law skills mainly focuse on tenancy and commercial leases.

In June 2018, Audrey Benois created her own law firm.

 

She graduated from the University of Panthéon-Assas Paris II with a Master 2 in International Economic Relations Law as well as a Master 1 in Private International Law. Thanks to her professional path she gained skills in Business and Commercial Litigation.

 

She worked in London with a firm of Solicitors and speaks fluent English. She is also bilingual in Spanish and studied at the University of Salamanca in Spain.

 

She regularly works for English and Spanish speaking clients in French legal proceedings.

Ophélie PUISSANT works as an associate within the firm.

She holds a Master II degree in Real Estate Law and its financing, obtained from the University of Valenciennes.

Ophélie PUISSANT has worked for nearly ten years as a real estate lawyer in companies, law firms and within an employers' association representing real estate professionals.

With her strong legal knowledge and enhanced practical experience, she chose to pursue her career as a lawyer and was sworn in in January 2025 before joining the firm as an associate.
